For now, it will use Mr Railfan's R30 cab view until further notice:

The underseat heaters, so far

Third Rail Gap notification (notification image not final)

Tripcock activation notification (notification image not final)

Sorry to post in the wrong spot, but doesn't Mr.Railfan's Version 2 of the R27/R30 Redbird on the other website, have a vey high accleration rate/speed?

it does, actually!

Understandable now,how easy hard would it be to implement this to the current and future NYCT routes/trains?

In a nutshell, it just depends if the train has an exterior/interior view. On your extensions.cfg, an .animated file MUST BE SPECIFIED for the number of cars the train has.

To implement this on current and future trains, you will need two exterior/interior objects PER car (one without emissivecolor, one with emissivecolor)

More like, how am i gonna get the real cab. The Transit Museum usually doesn't allow anyone in the cabs of any subway car. Only if one is lucky to catch the cab open and off-guard.

well good luck with that . They ALWAYS lock the doors to the cabs as to keep unwanted intruders and kids out. I mean after all , it is subway equipment and it may be used in the future on fan trips and the cab is a vital aspect of that.

Your best chance to get a cab pic is when they change the Light cycle on the florescent light bulbs so that one side of the bulb lights up brighter then the other. They change it once a week . Thats how i got the r33wf cabs and r30 cab pics .

Some more visual eye candy. once again, using the London Underground District route so i can make sure the R-16 would be future-proof (meaning it's ready for future NYCTA OpenBVE routes)

Let there be headlights!

They will also do the same effect as the interior lighting when crossing a 3rd rail gap:

The headlight beam's visibility varies, depending on the brightness settings on the route itself (meaning when it's darker, the beams are more visible, and when it's brighter, the beams are less visible), for more realistic headlights

Some interior work done. Adding the door panel bulges to the right side as well. Also the basic template for the ceiling (the fans will be smaller so it would be as close as the real thing.Might be a 3D diffuser grille instead of a flat one.

Also, adding an authentic 1972 MTA system map, in full resolution.

Here's what's new lately for the R16

Before:

After:

The horn is NOT final. But NEW loop sound as well!
The R16 (Trailer 6) - Exterior fix

i would love to bata test it for u plez ;D ;D

I don't think so.

On a separate note, the R16 definitely needs a new loop sound (as the R38's loop sound is the A/C, something the R16s don't have) along with a bunch of other sound changes that make the train sound like a true WABCO SMEE instead of an train with an RT-2 braking system, Westcode, or an NYAB system.
Next chance you can, see if you can get some sounds off a running R12, R15, R17, R21, or R22 (either the Transit Museum, Shoreline Trolley Museum, or Seashore Trolley Museum)

Yeah. the loop sound is just temporary until i can find the axial fan sound.
Finally got a new loop sound!

The strange compressor sound is a result of mixing two tracks of the same WABCO compressor, since it plays two sound files at the same time. I was experimenting with the sounds to see if there is a way so the "muffled" version would be more audible when the camera is further away, and the proper sound would have the volume increased as the camera got closer to the train. As a result, as i acquired permission from the owner of the WABCO video, i may just leave that sound in there, so the true WABCO compressor is heard, but may do a minor edit for identification reasons.

To give you an idea of what i was talking about, in the beginning of "Stations of the elevated", you can hear the WABCO compressors running from the SMEE trains at the beginning, which is also the secondary source i got the other WABCO sounds from:
Elevated Stations NYC 1980 pt1 of 3
im currently working on a train in developement, can you lend me a hand in telling me how you corrected the face lol? i mean what did you do in the coding
