Only showing signals and the train

So I just downloaded the game and I tried to play. But only the train and signal shows up. Any idea what’s going on.:PP

1) How are your folders organized?

Here's an example of how it should be (taking the D line as an example): OpenBVE > LegacyContent > Railway > Object > 6th Ave
                                                                                                                                                                  > Route > NYCT-D
                                                                                                                                                                  > Sound > 6 ave
                                                                                                                                                  > Train > R68


The D line contains more object folders of course but it was just an example.
