Hey man i've seen ur YouTube videos and i also wish to create Scenarios for BVE 5. I'm tired of playing the japanese ones over and over again. I was wondering if we could collaborate. i have contacts with japanese devs and they gave me some insider on some software and a bit of programing help.

Hi all, this is Jeffrey Wong from the United Kingdom, over the summer holidays, I intend to translate the bve5 documentation into simple english, should it not necesarily mean british english. I would not want to end my voluntary summer job until then, because whilst i cannot guarantee my translation would be perfect, which is why i'll be also providing help when my translation doesn't make sense, during or after it.

if i'm able to develop for bve5 myself, i'll even write guides for ideal styles of development after translating. although realistically speaking, as far as i'm aware the bve5 documentation isn't finished; i still don't know how to get over the .x object files (itself takes too long to write manually and the coding structure is completely different to b3d and csv), and it would only come after i finished translation which could be by august.

various incomplete projects have told me that this translation project shall wait. But I realise the potential for the translation project if done sooner, more bve5 wips come winter onwards

whilst i have written a review of bve5 since its release, i also intend to review on the development documentation to encourage more bve5 developers, though i'm hoping that the outcome from this will be more western developers choosing to develop for bve5 including me, more translators to translate the document into their own languages, and a new knowledge base for western bve5 users.

Please do, feel free to post a link/attachment/email/etc. when you finish the translation.  I can provide additional editing (or proofreading..) if you need.
