If you want to be kept updated on current projects please refer to the NYCTA Projects page on the forum for route updates. And to reiterate what Mr.Railfan said the developers are doing these routes for free, and out of the own personal time for everyone to enjoy, so please be patient, we all have lives outside of the BVE community, even though im sure for the develepors its a big part of their life

Since I was the original developer working on the R, and I understand you guys have been waiting ages for this route.  I can honestly say that pointing you to that topic (for the R anyway) is just giving people a sense of false hope since I haven't worked on it since 2011.

I don't know if anybody else has picked the route up since I've last worked on it, but I'd like to get it out to you guys, despite the fact it may not be 100% complete.

If you guys are ok with an unfinished product, I might be able to release what I have for everyone once I get the green light to do so.

No, don't release it. Take your time to finish the route if you can. I'd rather have a quality product than an early-released product that is not finished.

It's been private development for a while now. I'm not going to post updates right now but rest assured its under development.
