Sorry I couldn't get it better, it wasn't going anywhere for the day, but here is a preview...

I don't think its ulmer park because in the picture if you look closely the first number is a 9. Ulmer Park has 5xxx series mainly.

This is Ulmer Park as 0058 is testing on the B6 for the next few weeks and then to a MTA Bus Depot in Queens. And there's 9xxx series NovaBuses at Ulmer Park.

Key word "mainly" not "only" but I'm near certain thats Ulmer Park b\c of the roof.

yea not like that tho. The B6 test bus was literally sitting at Rockaway Parkway not moving at all. Engine was off and the LED screen was on for the B6 saying it was going to bensonhurst and no bus driver. it was actually parked at one spot, then moments later said not in service

Um... Yea it means the trip ends at Rockaway Parkway and they turn around and go back, They could go on layover...
