How come the R38 makes the routes that I use it on freezes up :(

In order for us to give you any help at all you need to be more specific, how does it freeze, when, and for how long? The R38 is quite a demanding train because of all the rollsign images to be loaded, etc, so it might be your computer.

Like whenever I start my routes it brake release slow , out takes forever for my exteriors views to appear , go past my station because of the freezing

I used to have similar problems not only with the R38 but also with the R68, before I upgraded my computer. Although after you have put the power controller or brake handle in all of the notches at least once, you do not get it anymore and it works normally. But the exterior always takes long to load, that's just the way it is.
