i need step by step instructions on how to get the (D) line version 2 working, even if it takes someone willing to email me the complete file. lol I'm desperate

here's Step by step:
Step One: DOWNLOAD the file
Step Two: USE WinRAR to extract the files to the specific location
Step Three: Install the Dependencies
Step Four: Play Openbve
Step Five: Enjoy

where do lisa raye files and sound files go? it says they are missing, i you could can u send me a screenshot of yours if you have it?
