hi one question how do you get passenger view in bve,bve4 and open bve

In BVE/4 its impossible. They only support Cab View. openBVE you press F2 then move the camera pressing 8 to go up, 2 down, 4 left, 6 right(on the numpad if you have one)

And you use Numpad 9 to move the camera forward and Numpad 3 to move it back. Trains originally made for BVE4 do not have an actual exterior if you play them in OpenBVE, they just have a white moving box as an exterior.
