What is a cpend loop?

(1/1)

R160Railfan:
really, what is a cpend loop?

NYCT_Railer:
It's pretty much useless since it only functions at the start of a route, it basically ends the cpstart loop which is the same as the normal loop but only works at the start of a route. (The loop.wav is the useful one that functions the whole route until you quit if you're wondering  :P)

The cpstart/cploop/cpend is the air compressor sound used on some trains actually, well on most of the old trains like the R16s. You can barely hear the sound on the NTT trains though, and you can only trigger the sound by braking but it's rare. Unlike the R46, the loop.wav is the sound of the air compressor that runs forever, and the cploop is from the R44 but again it's hard to hear it.

HijauKuda:
I did find good help of the sounds at this website pages of the documentation of the openBVE
http://openbve-project.net/documentation/HTML/train_default_sounds.html
http://openbve-project.net/documentation/HTML/train_sound_cfg.html

Good day and night for you
