GTA V
« on: November 19, 2012, 06:29:49 pm »
As you have known in the past GTA games, rockstar has been kind enough to even give some thought into a transit system, with stops and diffrent lines, but not express trains

In GTA San Andreas there was the brown streak, a reginoal rail in the game, i believe this will be in gta v, but also beacuse there is a city there will be a subway service for the iner city.

Something that was in gta iv was a city bus, but you barley ever saw one on the streets and picking up passangers, you could steel it but you couldent ride it. In GTA V i belive they will have a fully operational bus system in which it will be like a taxi, hold it down to ride it or press the button to steel it.

I have always admired the way rockstar puts effort into their transit system. Lets all hope for a little more in GTA V

Meh... driving/taxi was much faster then the transit system. I rarely used it.

I plan to preorder V on Steam as soon as its out. Hopefully it'll be good

GTA IV is the best. I wonder what GTA V will have in the game. I hope it has better subway trains or buses.

There is a bus mod for GTA IV on PC That allows you to go to the bus terminal and run routes, lol its still in beta but its better than alot of bus simulators out there because its in liberty city, and the city is amazing and full of life, and it has real animations.

Here is the link: http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=9222
Here is a link to a video about it: BUS DRIVER!!! [GTA IV MOD]

When i was into playing GTA 4, i created a map with all Bus Stop locations in the entire map, along with stuff that could be a bus stop. Then i created my own routes.

I figure you guys might find it helpful in some way so here it is:
Green: could be a bus stop
Blue: Bus stop type 1
Red:  Bus stop type 2
