Hey mud, I can't get the rollsign to scroll even after the fix. Any help?

hmm try twice times press button?

or

look at this

Problem:
I got the same problem. The reason is the ATS activation, cause the signs don't start scrolling until the ATS turns on, and then when it does, you can't stop it from scrolling.

Does anybody have a fix? Or at least a FULL LIST of the necessary files required to achieve this scrolling effect. Cause I modified the train.dat file and it might have something to do with it not working.

Answer:
Just look at the pluginstate index provided with the file and remap the keys if necessary on the train's .animated files.

OR

Answer:
Twice times press button....

I tried spamming the 2 key and no response...

Heres my Pluginstate file

Code: [Select]
Pluginstate[53]  / ats53  = Third Rail Gap
Pluginstate[51]  / ats51  = Tripcock
Pluginstate[98]  / ats98  = 2 key
Pluginstate[97]  / ats97  = 3 key
Pluginstate[107] / ats107 = 4 key
Pluginstate[102] / ats102 = 5 key
Pluginstate[104] / ats104 = 6 key
Pluginstate[93]  / ats93  = 7 key
Pluginstate[99]  / ats99  = 8 key
Pluginstate[100] / ats100 = 9 key
Pluginstate[101] / ats101 = 0 key

Hmm try replace them in 3559-3568.animated file

The ATS was coded on the train for a reason, in fact any more trains being developed will have that feature.

Why?

Simple reason. When doing a run, we want to implement realism in the routes being created which includes trip arms created by BStlyes. These trip arms are supposed to trip the train in case you over run a signal. To solve the issue with the roll sign merely lies inside the coding where you can separate which code does what without interferring with other coding.

A great example is Chris's R33ML.
