They is a poll which users vote for it, the winning photos will be put up on Photo of the Month. To make an entry, you post your photo on the Photo of the Month thread, where it can be voted for once voting begins. (P.S: This is the wrong board BTW)

I just guessed how to put pictures. I just placed them on imageshack. then i typed the url. thank you!
