Do you want to create the entire NICE livery, or just slap the NICE logo onto the default beige MAN's? You will have to use the Repaint Tools for both (IIRC they come in the SDK)

Well, wherever you want. I'd say put it in the spot where the BVG logo was and replace it, so you do not have two different logos on one bus

Re-paint the entire bus in the Nice livery, and then put the Nice logo in the side under the driver's side window.
