if i train has an interior view how do you see it in the game?

Click F2 to switch to the exterior view. From there you will be able to see if the 3D car object has an interior or not.
If the 3D object has an interior, you will see the inside of the car. If it does not have an interior, there won't be anything inside the 3D object.

Hit F2, which brings you to the exterior view. Then on your numpad, use the 2 key to move the camera down, 8 key to move the camera up, 4 key to move
the camera left and 6 key to move the camera right
