Title: BVE4 not recognising that doors are closed?

I am operating BVE4 through XP and have started to encounter an annoying problem on various LU lines. Things start off fine but after about 5 or 6 stations,
you can clearly hear the doors close. However the train will not move off and I get a warning notice that you can't move off with the doors open. I put it in neutral and wait a few more
moments and try again to no avail? the train just sits there and that is the end of the journey. Is there a way of fixing or over-riding this?

Keep the train in a braking position until the doors are 100% closed. Sometimes you hear them close, but I guess it simulates ppl stuck in the doors. Make sure the indicators are on.

some times you have to mess with the brakes for the indicator to come on. Put the brakes in neutral then full service again step by step and it should work
