How do i use fraps to take a video for openbve?

1. Open Fraps
2. Minimize Fraps
3. Open OpenBVE
4. Select route in OpenBVE and click Start
5. When route is fully loaded, press F9 to start recording.

You already said openBVE lags, and recording a video with FRAPS will make it so laggy the video will become virtually unwatchable
