Title: How do you run BVE4 in a resolution higher than 1024 x 768?

This has been haunting me for awhile. How do you run BVE4 on a resolution higher than 1024 x 768 pixels?

Got my BVE to run at 2500 x 1600... though the trains and routes look awkward because I don't think content here was desigined for such a high resolution

1024x768 (XGA) is pretty much about the highest common panel resolution that is around. However there is no panel resolution limit (within reason) in at least OpenBVE.
