Title: OpenBVE refuses to launch past the train and route selection menu

I recently tried to get OpenBVE running on a new laptop I got, and when I try to run it, it throws an error. How do I fix said error? I have .Net installed, as well as OpenAL so I'm not sure what the issue is. I've included a pic of the error.
