I posted about this last year or something, and I didn't get the answers i need. So here's the problem.
When I run any route other than the FIRR, it appears black, with only signals appearing. I have tried updating OpenBVE, reinstalling routes and installing dependencies. Nothing happens.
Here's my tech specs:
CPU: Intel Pentium 2.20 GHz
RAM: 3 GB
OS: Windows 7

this happened to me too with my windows xp what you have is too much space you need a lot of opening space to run it ecspecially the F line
-
I have 166 GB free of 288 GB. I'm sure that's enough space.
-
The problem is you are missing objects for the route.
-
No, I put the objects in the right place.

Are you positive? You need to screenshot your problem for us. Try and see if you can see the "missing files" error message right after you load the route. To be honest, this is, more likely than not, probably something to do with the object directory and the route file instructions not matching up. Trust me, for some of the routes here, it is not a clear cut installation (drag from the rar file and drop, or run the EXE file and install type of thing). You do have to go back and double check to make sure the directory specified by the route file matches what you have in your objects folder.

I want to add to what Fan Railer is saying. You see this is how the files are supposed to be like
Railway\Object\FIRR\(The files that you see). This way is the correct way to have your files.
In some cases, it is sometimes be like this
Railway\Object\FIRR\FIRR\(The files that you see)
This is not the correct way to have the files. If it like this, the game is not going to get the files that the game needed.

One thing that I have learned is that most of the routes depend on each other, so try downloading and installing some more routes that the line you are trying to install crosses. It may help. (I just download all of the real lines, it only takes up about 4GB and everything works fine for me)

It's not Railway\Objects, it's Railway\Object.

youre just missing the files for the route. you need to download all the files and put them in a folder that look likes this:
Object
Railway < Route
