Title: Commuter F40PH Screamer Repaints On The Way (MBTA, NJT, Metra, Caltrain, etc.)

And thus begins the Commuter F40PH expansion development. All I am doing is basically giving the locomotive a repaint into various commuter liveries and also repainting the coaches to match as well. I hope to have an NJT version done in the next 48 hours or so. Both will be released together later this week.

I have not yet released them. I have a busy schedule at college, but don't worry, they'll be finalized (maybe added to) by Thanksgiving Break. That is my absolute deadline for releasing the repaints. It may be earlier, it may not be. Just be patient. Thanks =)
