Title: OpenBVE will not open on my new Windows 8 Laptop (OpenAL installed)

Train Editor also works.
Whenever I click the icon to run the program, it just doesn't open. Is there something I'm missing.
And yes, I am trying to run it as an administrator.

I did use install procedures with success as written here
