yes i dowloaded Open AL,  the .NET framework, and the SDL. And when I click on the openbve exe icon, it wont even load up to the main screen.. And the forums for openbve where the image of how its supposed to look in the folder, is shut down again,  so i cant even make sure.. I just had it on the computor(which is why im confused why its not working), but i transfered everything to my external to save room on my labtop. But now for some unknown reason, my external just decided not to work anymore, so now i have to redownload everthing again..

Shiwund, yes you're correct.
My "ManagedContent" and "UserData" subfolders are now empty; left overs from some old file shuffling.

If you're wondering, FileSystem.CFG dictates my preferred folder organization and reads as follows:
Data=$[AssemblyFolder]\Data\
Settings=$[AssemblyFolder]\Settings\
RestartProcess=$[AssemblyFile]
RestartArguments=/FileSystem=FileSystem.CFG
ManagedContent=$[AssemblyFolder]\ManagedContent\
InitialRoute=$[AssemblyFolder]\..\RailWay\
InitialTrain=$[AssemblyFolder]\..\Train\
