Title: How to change scroll destination sign

Hello everyone! First of all I wish everybody a very happy and of course tasty thanksgiving! My question is how can I change the front destination scroll sign for an R40 S thanks so much!

I have paint.NET and I did paint it but wen I saved it, it did not let me use it for some reason
