so if theres a window in the photo just fill it with the darkest shade of blue with the bucket?

ok if i want to move the gauges and see where im moving them how do i do that?
-
You can use the Select tool in Paint.NET to select the area where the gauge is, and then use the Move Selected Pixels tool to move it where you want. You will have to fill in the spot where the gauge previously was though...

i meanthe animated one, not the one on the panel, im trying to move the speedo where it is suppose to be on the panel and i want to move the animated door indicator
-
That requires some tinkering with the Panel.cfg/Panel2.cfg, there should be the coordinates in that file that say where the centre/top left corner of the gauge/speedometer is located on the panel image.

i just spent the whole day making it........ oh well ill put more effort into it

the announcements are coded into the route , not the train. for my video , i coded in announcements into the route . You can however replace the Horn or Horn 2 with an announcement such as "Stand Clear Of the closing doors"

It is perfectly okay to make any modifications, and re-use any other content you want for just your personal use, as long as you NOT re-distribute it/post videos of it. So technically you can do it, but ONLY for your personal use, just do not re-release it without permission from Mr Railfan.

oh ok thats simple ;D

As for creative-commons works, you would need to attribute the original creators, and use the same license they used.

Most of the time, content has a regular license, which means that it can not be re-used without permission, but creative commons means that you CAN re-use it, as long as you give credit to the creator.
