how and where do i open the coding file using note pad??? :o

If you're talking about the route file, you right click on the file and click Open With Notepad. Then you edit whatever you need to.

A train file, i already tried the train dat file but i need to edit x and y coordinates

.b3d file or .animated file.

Those files are in the folder for the exterior.

did you try editing lengthofacar and widthofacar within the train.dat?
