if the g train will be going to ghurch at the time, cant they make the F go express after they fix up the viaduct. it would be nice

It would be great for the people who live south of church avenue, but the people in park slope who have a lot of political clout would never allow it. (It has been brought up before but was shot down)

or what if the Z ran express starting from broadway junction, all the way to marcy avenue, and terminates at Bay Parkway

That can be possible but look if they took out the M from West End, what makes you think that the Z would take over?  :o

what about making the D train have some sort of Express service at ninth avenue

but they should give the g more cars
