does anybody know where i can find openGL so i can use it for openbve. any conformation would be supported

OpenGL is already built-in your operating system. You just need to download the dependencies OpenBVE needs.

i run openbve on windows xp server pack 3

OpenGL has been used on Windows since Windows 98!

OpenGL comes with your computer. As said before, make sure you have the other stuff.
