Anyone notice error46146 got the r46 exterior made by Rikabs? Is it realeased yet???

That's because error46146 IS developing the updated R46 (featuring Rikab's exterior).

Rikabs gave Error46146 the exterior, for him to incorporate into the unreleased R46 v2, which he is developing the framework and sounds for.
