Having a problem with the D , F, 7(Downtown Extention) lines ! i need help and new to BVE. Everytime i play there object missing and i downloaded the dependencies and there still object missing please help :-[
-
You need the Octavia object pack. It can be downloaded from the download page for the (Q). And for the (D), you need Tjay's NYCT Objects pack, which can be found on the main download page.
-
Also, you should go to the downloads page and download th A and V routes from there. I had that problem with the D and the F before so that should help.
-
Also, you might want to consider re-downloading and installing/extracting the files again. Sometimes the downloaded file is bad, and so there will be missing objects.
-
Sorry, but yes yes you will have to download other routes to run the ones you want as said above since they do depend on one another; we are working to fix this issue of different dowloads and dependencies.
-
Alright so this put it in the folder like this C:\Openbve\Railway\Route\Route\NYCT-D ???

No, the objects go into OpenBVE\Railway\Object, the route files jut go into the OpenBVE\Railway\Route folder. The only reason that you have to download a bunch of other routes is because you just need the object folders that come with them.
-
Ohhh okay , and the New Object/Signal goes there to ?
-
If you mean the Route folder, nope. They both belong in the Object folder.
-
The folders for the new objects and signals ("NYCT Objects" and "NYCT Signals" folders) go into OpenBVE\Railway\Object, yes.
-
Ok I tried that I is the C at the beginning at the file name and it's still not work can u show a picture how to do it , maybe I'm.doing out wrong
-
What happens when you click "Ignore" on the error message? If you just see signals and nothing else, then you need to download the (A) Line and the object folders from it.
-
And it all goes to the Openbve>Railway>Object folder right ?
-
Yes.
-
Okay so the mail downloads goes to the Railway>Route and the dependencies goes to railway>object because it still saying have 8** errors
-
Yes, the object folder of the dependency route goes into the OpenBVE Object folder and the dependency route file itself goes into the Route folder. Jut click "Ignore" on the error message, and you will be able to drive the route. All the error message is is a notificaion, it does not neccesarily mean a fatal error that causes the route to not work at all
-
okay
-
I going to try it again :D
-
I have had those files go in correct folders for this and other lines and stilll get a dark tunnel, signal and traincab as well as 1000+errors , but it is helping me to resolve if I have doubled the files , I re shuffle them , and seapaarted them and reloaded after re configuring the tree the right way and still get errors .
-
are you talking about the new openbve
-
im also having problems with the D. although it only applies to the r38
