Yes, OpenBVE is compatible with most, if not all, routes and trains for BVE2/4. However, BVE2 is only compatible with a few routes and trains for BVE4, not a lot
-
and it's not a copyright or anythig like that
please reply

Most trains that work with BVE2 and BVE4 works in OpenBVE (you might experience some sound problems however, but that can be fixed)
Some of the newer trains designed exclusively for OpenBVE will NOT work in BVE2 or BVE4.
There is no "copyright" issues running BVE2/BVE4 software in OpenBVE. If the need arises that you need to make some modifications to the train for it to work, if you are dealing with "protected" work just do it quietly and don't tell anyone and there will be no problems.

one more thing
does anyone know why trainsim central closed and bve4 routes and trains did it get a virus or somthing

Actually the old Hammersmith & City Line is available here : http://londonbvetube.weebly.com/hammersmith--city-line.html (http://londonbvetube.weebly.com/hammersmith--city-line.html)

He said Hammerwich (The Mainline route), not Hammersmith
