downloading the R32 R38

if anyone can help me id really appreciate it. you see when i downloaded the R32 and its dependencies it was a compressed zip file i opened it and extracted it but i dont know what to do next. where do i extract it next to use it. i canrt figure it out and the same thing with the R38 its always a zipped file and i cant install it to bve can anyone help me?

You extract it to your Train folder. Be aware the R38 only works in openBVE. The R32 works in any version
