I was also considering doing the R11/R34 at one point, but then dropped the idea. I do however, have several texture shots.
Do remember, the R11/R34's seating layout is just like that of the R16 with longitude and cross seats.

Good start. This will go great with CT1660's package. Remember to make both a GE and Westinghouse version for the final product, since CT1660's trains will also come with both versions.

The 10 R11/R34 subway cars that were built really have an unusual configuration, Westinghouse Propulsion with General Electric motors.
Traction system:
Westinghouse type ABS switch group (model UP631B)
Westinghouse XM179 master controller
General Electric 1240B motors (100 hp/75 kW each). 4 motors per car (2 per truck - all axles motorized).

Wow looks great!!! :D Can we expect the release before summer ends !?

The truck needs minor work; the axle bearing should be covered (meaning we can't see the white paint), and because of that, the wheel from the R16 should be used (since it has the yellow strip on the wheel itself so that people can see the wheel is still rotating freely despite not being able to see the axle).

Here is my contribution to Mudwrestle's R11/R34 project: the sound work, primarily the GE 1240B DC traction motor sounds. The DC motor whine is really quiet in real life, and it was a little bit of a challenge to find the right balance in the sim, but I think I've got it for the most part. In this video, you see the preview of the train from the exterior first before going into the cab and experiencing the sounds from the interior. Note that an R11/R34 cab does not exist yet, so in this video, the R33 cab by Mr. Railfan is substituted in, since the colors of both cabs were fairly similar. I also played around with the physics a bit so that it simulates field shunting. The train should balance out on level track at around 55 mph. Enjoy =) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kz_E8jUvms# (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kz_E8jUvms#)

My new gaming laptop (http://www.microcenter.com/product/438187/ROG_GL551JM-DH71_156_Laptop_Computer_-_Black_Aluminum (http://www.microcenter.com/product/438187/ROG_GL551JM-DH71_156_Laptop_Computer_-_Black_Aluminum)) can handle a 10 car R11/R34 train quite well apparently. Don't try this on a stock computer, kids :P

Well R11/R34 is still in development by me.

Any development?

Just a quick update: I have finished the map layout and I am working on the thing placement now. I should have a test version in the next few days. Ill post a link here and maybe a couple of folks could test it out for me before I make a final release.
