The express train would make less than half the stops the F line currently makes. (March 9, 2013 6:37 PM)
GRAVESEND - A faster ride into Manhattan could be in store for South Brooklyn soon, as the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) says it's considering an express F train.
At a recent City Council hearing, the MTA said it was considering an express line on the route. Currently, there's 20 stops between Manhattan and Coney Island, but an express train would make less than half of the stops.
The MTA did not say when a decision will be made or when a plan would be implemented

Finally now i can get home faster

They probably got the idea from running the updated F on OpenBVE. Would be kinda of funny if that was the case

As much as I would love it for the MTA to run an F Express, the people living in Park Slope have too much political clout to allow it to happen.

Noticed:They planned all s/b F trains to run express from 18th av to Kings Highway on march 12
