OpenBVE: R16 RFW view (Trailer 10)

I will include a special loop for the PA effect for announcements, as can be heard in the video.

As a result of demand, i am making two versions of this train.

There will be a high quality version complete with 3D seats, poles, and yes, 3D pivoting trucks WITH animated tripcocks and a detailed underbody.

The lower quality version will have the basic seating, 2D poles, and the basic trucks with animated wheels.

Both will feature curved roofs.

PLEASE DO CONTRIBUTE, AND I MAY OFFER A CONTRIBUTOR BETA SOON!
(That is, after the R16 goes past the Developer Alpha stages and the Developer Beta stages.)

As for textures, please make sure they are HIGH QUALITY, and as clear and crisp as possible!

The percentage next to the thread name reflects on what has been done currently on the train, whether disclosed or undisclosed.

Train percentage: 67% as the seats are nearly done.  Cheers to Rikabs for his hard work on the seats.

Here's one of the cross seats's progress so far

im just encouraging others to help developers by contributing. It really helps us from a single texture, up to a full blown object.

So yeah, just to maintain compatibility for now, i have split the project in two, so that the lesser fortunate players still get a taste of R16 and the exterior, and those with higher spec systems can enjoy a high resolution, photorealistic R16.

I'm putting as much effort as i can, so everyone can enjoy this train as much as i would want to enjoy it.

Model is now properly BMT/IND width.

Still in the works...seats pending, so is the curved roof...

Also waiting for a source to send me the cab view and a new front end texture. Pantograph gates will be replaced with photorealistic ones.

now when you redid the with and height didn't you have to redo the entire interior?
