« on: July 25, 2011, 05:52:40 pm »
I was gonna post this earlier but i dint have a chance so here it is now:

It seems that the A and C have been shaken up once more where there is now at least 4 sets of 10 Car A trains and a ton of 46s on the C
Theres also a 10 car set of r32s  on the Far Rockaway shuttle with the rollsigns set to H - Rockaway shuttle.

Here are some pics i took the other day of the R32 at Far Rockaway

And here are some of the R46 C:

And a little Bonus i caught on my way home : Q via D

With the R46's on the C it seems slower just before Broadway Junction(source R46 C train ride today)

That's a hallucination. The real fact behind it is that they put 5MPH timers on the southbound tracks leading into Broadway Junction due to the fact that there's a steep decline both north and south of the station.

The 32s make less noise which is why it gives that illusion. Plus, the 46 is a 75 footer meaning that there's more silence between the clack sounds. But trust me, they go just as fast.

You do know that it's 8 cars because of the BMT elevated portion which only holds 8 cars
