BVEStation Network News / Re: The R44 for openBVE has been released!
« on: March 31, 2017, 10:08:22 pm »
Does the train have rollsign controls? If it does then I haven't found them.

I think you also need the D train.

You can navigate within the openBVE menu to where the route and train files are stored by punching in the directory in the window above the route or train selection window.

Of course you can always create a Railway folder, or put the routes and trains elsewhere.

The Object folder has to be inside the Railway folder with the Route and Sound folders.

General BVE/OpenBVE / Re: MARTA Route for openBVE (found on OBTS Wiki)

I've had this route for some time, but have forgot where I got it from.

I think there is a setting like that inside the settings config file. See the wiki for more information.

Try reducing draw distance.

If you mean a route for openBVE then the BVEStation Wiki should be of some help.

IIRC the LisaRaye2 object pack is a .7z archive, which can only be extracted with 7-Zip.

I am wanting to know if someone would develop a CTA 2200 series railcar for OpenBVE? And if someone is also willing to make a 5000 series railcar, just let me know!  ??? The CTA 2200 series picture is not on my new form subject due to a sight error, either the 5000 series picture is not on this form. If you are wiling to develop one of the trains, please just look up a picture if you need to see what the two trains look like! Thank you, by Wilaboutroblox!
Of course, there is nothing stopping you from doing it yourself.

General BVE/OpenBVE / Re: LIRR Routes
« on: April 19, 2016, 10:33:17 pm »
The Hempstead Branch is the only LIRR route available for openBVE at this time, and from what I can tell, it is not being worked on right now. The M7 and DE/DM for the LIRR are also available here on BVEStation.

I would have to assume that it would be a thing with the route. The 7 is from a time when openBVE didn't exist, so this route would've had to have been run in BVE2 or BVE4, where it didn't matter which side the doors opened on, because it wasn't possible to see from the outside, and animated objects weren't a thing in BVE2 or BVE4, so you end up with the doors opening on the same side at every station, because it didn't really matter. Even  today if in openBVE the train has no animated doors, it doesn't matter. You could try to modify the station code in the route file to open the doors on the correct side.

NYCTA Projects / Re: (WIP) Official Update Thread for the R44

Will the SIR rollsigns be present on the rollsign system on this train?
Don't forget that if/when a Staten Island Railway R44 is made it will have to have modified textures and a different cab panel, possibly with a semi-operational SIR cab signal system, in addition to a different rollsign. So it wouldn't be something that would be that easily made.

Does the 3D cab that mrsam127 was working on a while ago have anything to do with this?
