What if the dependencies are already download ??? Why does it keep saying error missing files ???

You didn't install them in the proper folders.

Like u have to 7zip the files or WizExtract Files ?

Yes. The .rar/.7z files contain several files inside, so you need to extract them to get what's inside. Then you move the extracted files into their proper places.

You'd want to extract the files to the proper folder locations.
