To change the speedometer in the panel to read in MPH instead of KPH for OpenBve,how do i do that?

Im pretty sure that you have to go into the panel.cfg/ panel2.cfg file and change the setting for the speedometer.

From my understanding, I believe it's also or just in the train's config file.

You have to change a value in the panel.cfg file (or panel2.cfg file if the train has that instead)
