Computer Purchasing Help

I am looking to buy a new desktop PC and am wondering which one to get.
I need NO lag for Openbve 1.4.2 for any route and to play GTA 3-4 and other high quality games.
Do i need to watch out for the compouter or graphics card or something else, please let me know

Next time, edit your old post instead of making a new topic just to explain in more detail, since this floods the forum. And anything with a Nvidia GeForce 9800 and better, Intel Core i5 and better, and at least 6-8 GB of RAM should work great. Something like that typically costs around $500-800 (both CAD and USD).
