R68 G Train + 4th Ave Rehab

So I heard the R68's are now on the G.  Here they are!  And some other shots of the 4th Avenue/Smith-9th Corridor Rehab project

4, they cant run 8 cars, otherwise they'd have to skip Smith-9th Streets.

Hmmm, very interesting! I'm going to visit the G Line tomorrow.

By the way, is this set of R68s on the G maintained in Coney Island Yard, or some other yard?

Why are the r68 d trains on the g line ???

so, the R46's AND R68's are on the G?? Weird. Does that means the 160's will take over the D? Or is the R68 G's temporary?

the R68s on the G is likely to be permanent. There is a lot of speculation but no real answer on where the G's R46s will go and where it is getting it's R68s from.

Coney.Doubt Concourse but if then those 46's will roam the D(those sets of 46's that are on the G).

I was referring to the subway line really not so much the yard.

My guess is that R46s B, displacing the R68s to the G. Varying destinations lend well to electronic side signs such as those on the R46.
