This is FAR too much drama for a simple CTA line that runs less than ten minutes across a few miles. Let's sort some stuff out:

1) As it is expressed in NUMEROUS places, we are paying attention to detail, but the Yellow Line was released as a beta-style route, without EVERY final component. This is mentioned on the download page and in the readme file.

2) Nobody is being disrespectful/disrespected. Sim and I both have a life- school and family comes first. Developing comes second. We are not trying to leave anyone out. We never even said how far we plan on going with this, we just created a thread for CTA development given we worked on the yellow line. The pressure of this project makes me want to abandon it all together simply to avoid all of this stupid drama that always tends to arise in the railfan community...

3) Any future complaints will be ignored. Simple as that. We understand everyone wants their own chance to say something, but this has escalated far too quickly.

This is not aimed at anyone in particular, just a general public service message.

Ty and i appreciate that gentlemen and i apologize for losing my composure and professionalism and it will not ever happen again. I have a strong passion for transit and sometimes i let that passion run away with me and cloud my judgement. However that is no excuse for making that personal and for that i ask that you guys accept my sincerest and deepest apology. I still do think what all of you do is noble and respectable to all transit enthusiasts around the world and i am ecstatic and excited to work with you guys and I'm honored to have this chance. I will forever be in debt to you guys for this chance and will never forget it. Ty again and I will be in touch within the next few weeks with mounds of work to pick from and what ever coding you need help with just ask. 👍😏😀

This looks great! Red line? (The red line is virtually next to my house so it would be cool to drive some 5000s or 2600s on it) Keep up the great work. :D

I think he was asking if they will make a red line route.

I believe he was talking to Sim and I in the first place.

Thank you, and the Red Line is a possibility going forward. Sim will be the main CTA developer, with myself and others helping him with each project.

I just played with the yellow line (I had to transfer everything from my tablet because my computers network is messed up due to an infected file) and it was amazing. The snow scenario is really fun. Visibility was low, but I had good stop positions. Keep up the great work. :)

Happy to see re-newed progress

One question; will the 25th October start of ordering still be happening?
