There are a lot of LEDs we didn't put into the R142 because it would take 15 mins(exaggerated) to find your destination before you start operating the route. What we did do was create a template so anyone can be able to create their own personal LEDs. Updating the signs every time the MTA wants to "test" signs can be a hassle too, like the shortened destination display they eventually removed on most 142s.

Thats a cool idea

the Track Thump mostly part of the route and not the train, and the HQ wheels would probably be difficult because...well they are behind the truck

When i look and listen closely i usually see all 4 of the wheels go on a gap between the rails and that is what usually makes the sound, I also have seen it happen on those i'm guessing pressure pads that makes the signals change there lights.

It's the gap between connected tracks

No reason for any type of hostility,

I have not given a specific release date for a reason. It seems like my laptop won't return for at least another week. I have not been able to test the R110A or add finishing touches to its beta phase. Since release would definitely be in November I plan to release it by Thanksgiving break :P. Once again nothing is official until it actually happens.

Don't encourage people!!! If you actually respond to things that offend you then people would continue. This thread has become more of a drama show than an update thread so please don't go of topic   :)

Y'all are getting warnings for this. No more nagging for updates. If bvefan wants to post updates, he will do it. When he wants to release it, he will release it. If he wants to release it on December 31st 2043 at 2:04 British Standard Time, then that is his prerogative. Hell I'm surprised he hasn't cancelled this project with the amount of incessant amount of b*tching and moaning on this thread. Grow up, kiddos.

Nuff said

Edit: If I see anymore posts nagging bvefan for more updates, I'm just gonna lock this thread and only unlock it for him to post updates. Capiche?

Yep. The checklist for the R179 is below:

Interior needs to be overhauled and redone from scratch.
The outside texture and the model between the T/O window and the door needs to be reconfigured as well (a problem with the original R160 shell).
The cab is a placeholder for now.

What has been done:
New sounds
New trucks (already implemented in the v.02b)
3d signs/sign code formatting.

Any questions feel free to ask :)

Okay guys much hasnt been said about the R142/As in a minute but heres the word.

R110A as yall know is expected to be released this month, This may be subjected to change. But this month we are really pushing for.

R142 and R142A is about 92% complete and is expected to complete this month and be released around New Years Eve. With all bugs worked out by Christmas break.

So start the countdown if you'd like this is something we are feel good about.

I will be posting pictures and videos later so check out my page

The 143 160s 110B and 211 are slowly following after

We rather not cancel or keep working on these any long then we have to we want this out as much as you guys..
