When I choose my line and the new 2014 R46, I switch to the outdoor view of the train and my game freezes then exits

How can I fix this?

It was the Q line, I believe... I remember Mr Railfan putting an update about moving AI trains... but what about moving people? like on the platform or in the train?

I know on the Q line, there was an AI train added in front of you that moved, but I was wondering if a line could be made with moving people on the platform and getting on and off the train, moving trains on opposite lines, and possibly more trains seen overall.

is that possible? anybody working on it?

Thanks, I found the appropriate symbol. Some geniuses put the animated symbol switcher, which is helpful

General BVE/OpenBVE / Different train symbol for different lines?
« on: December 30, 2013, 09:22:21 pm »
Most R160's and R68's or any other subway train I download only have one letter assigned to them. If I'm doing a line, say the R, but the train symbol is F, how can I switch the train symbol to the line?

Thanks  8)

General BVE/OpenBVE / Anything new?
« on: December 29, 2013, 04:41:57 pm »
I was away from OpenBVE for a long time, so I wanted to see if my favorite lines and trains were fixed or updated  :D

How is the Q line doing? Was there any updates on the black sky and the gray ground?

What about the R line? When I was playing, it made me stop in the middle of the tunnel and empty passengers out. Then later on, there would be a train blocking the path and the train I was driving would spiral out of control.

Any updates on anything guys?

Thanks a bunch

After the "Railway" folder, there should be

Object
Route
Sound

In the Object folder should be Culver and LisaRaye2
In the Route sound should be the lines/routes you're "operating" on
In the sound folder should be the sound for the files. Especially the Q line. There should be a Broadway sound folder

That should be the main files. Get the main file and put it in routes? Did you download SDL and OpenAL? If not, reinstall everything and make these folders with the dependencies in them.

Where can the sky file be downloaded? Cause I remember seeing on YouTube videos they had a sky and everything. But what about THE GROUND? The buildings are fine but behind the buildings and everything and even the ground is gray. How to fix that?

Where do I get the daylight picture? If it wasn't in any of the OpenBVE installation files or the Q line files, where can I get another one?

Oh and the ground scenery has buildings, but the actual ground and everything is gray.... need help with that too  :(

Thanks for the help   :D

Oh all of you have been so helpful  :D one last thing and I shall fly off...

I created the folders and everything, but when I launch the route and everything, the sky is dark... I mean it is completely black, and I know I am launching the route during the day. How do I make it so that it is day?

So much appreciation

Thanks man I did download all the dependencies, and it is able to open.

BUT  :'(

when I open up the Q line and everything it says I have over a thousand errors and over a few hundred files missing or something like that... and it's just a black screen...

Where do I put Culver and LisaRaye2? I've been looking around the forums and it says put it in an "Objects" folder, but I don't have that... Only in the Culver folder is there an Objects folder...

Thanks again :)

« on: December 10, 2013, 07:59:12 pm »
So I finally managed to install the lines for the Q line, but when I open a train or it automatically picks a train for me to use and I launch, it says "OpenBVE has stopped working."

Any help?

P.S- I am using Windows 7 64 bit
