Could be a glitch on your computer. Does your computer have a fast frame rate?

If you have an antivirus, that could help. My antivirus takes a couple of the files and deletes them. Something I'm still trying to fix

Antivirus programs tend to interfere with OpenBVE train plugins, so you should check to make sure nothing is being interfered with.

Also keep in mind the rollsigns, wipers, and other plugin-features only work on windows machines at the moment.

If somebody could convert the R38 to run using a .NET plugin instead of a windows dll plugin, all of these problems would be eliminated, but none of us have the resources, skills, and most importantly time, to do it.

Since it is a win32 plugin the only way I can think of getting it to work in Linux and OS X is by using WINE.

If you are getting it to work natively, I would be very surprised.
