Well my honest guess would be no...but u can use a PS3 joystick for BVE

OpenBVE is open-source meaning anyone is allowed to develop on it..if someone decides to make a PS3 version of OpenBVE they can go do that

shouldn't be difficult. PS3's firmware is built off linux so it should be possible
