yeah i seen the set when it was tested in the fall of 2006 and allways after school at 331pm manhattan bound from utica ave.that had to be the test set from 2006 in the spring and it had its ratings and such.
It was from 2006. One set was a R160B and the other was a R160A-2.
it may be a hastle but people make sacrafices to improve the lifestyle of NYers and its not delayed if the tbm is still moving and the remaining 5years is to build the stations and entrances.i am glad that it is not delayed like before and not prone to obnoxious failures from the 1930s and 70s.
It may state that it isn't delayed but come on, it's New York, it's delayed. LOL, for example, I bring back the whole Gowanus situation. Driving there is a hassle every morning.
