How come My tracks and catwalks dont look smooth, for example on my (N)/(q) lines my tracks look like static and my station look blurry from far

Am I missing something from my OpenBVE because i dont have an exterior on most of my trains(ex: r160, r46) and my catwalks keep flickering on most of my newer routes [ex:(D),(N/Q)]

How would I change the sound folder from a (V) to Forest Hills-71 Ave to A (M) to Forest Hills-71 Ave Folder that i just downloaded??? Plzz Help
