Um I need some websites where the are R188 sounds for 7 to flushing and R160 for N/Q. PLz post the website where you found it and thank you!

You need sounds for the R-188,just goto youtube and watch plenty of R-142A videos.
And R-160 N/Q youtube.

If by sounds, you mean announcements, then yes, youtube is your best bet.

how are you supposed to get the sounds form youtube and replace them for use in openbve?

You can download them as MP3 Files using a youtube to MP3 converter. Look it up :)
After that, you can use a program called Audacity to cut out the sounds that you want.
