Title: [WIP]OpenBve: Kawasaki R143 Subway Rail Car

This is my first official attempt at making a subway car for OpenBve ;D, so please go easy on me, and any constructive
critisism is always welcome. Thnx and Enjoy! Oh and P.S. ignore the textures, they're just templates.
