3D Cab Creation?

Does anyone here have the expertise to create a 3D cab given the images provided here?

A standard AAR control stand and cab interior in 3D is also needed for those locomotives of yours.
It would be truely cool to have fully working 3D gauges, display screens, handles, wipers, etc.
